A Curated Night of Bars, Bites & Local Culture. As evening settles over Bergen, the city reveals another side: intimate bars, creative kitchens and hidden corners known mostly to locals.
On this private evening experience, guests are guided through Bergen’s nightlife by Heidi, Opus XVI’s local partner and host. A Bergen native, certified sommelier and cultural insider, she opens the doors to places visitors rarely discover on their own.
Over the course of the evening, the group moves between a carefully selected series of bars, wine spots and atmospheric venues. Each stop offers something different, it could be a glass of wine chosen by the sommelier, a beautifully crafted cocktail, a local beer, or perhaps a taste of Norwegian cider.
Food can be woven naturally into the evening. Guests may choose to simply enjoy drinks along the way, or add small dishes and snacks at each stop, gradually turning the night into a progressive dinner across the city.
The experience is relaxed, social and tailored to the group’s interests. Along the way, Heidi shares stories from Bergen’s cultural life, restaurant scene and nightlife, offering a perspective few visitors gain access to.
It’s like going out in Bergen with a well-connected local friend who knows the best places.
